About Context Business Lending, LLC

Specialty Finance For Growing Companies

Context Business Lending is a specialty finance fund that provides customized working capital solutions to lower middle market companies nationwide.  We provide senior-secured loans to companies that need additional borrowing flexibility or may not meet a bank’s regulatory requirements for lending.  Our lines of credit are driven and secured by the value of a business’s accounts receivable, inventory, machinery and equipment, real estate and other assets.

Funding that fits your needs.

Context Business Lending is able to provide vital funding that will allow you to confront the challenges facing your company and to seize immediate opportunities for growth.

As an asset based lender, we provide financing for businesses that do not qualify for conventional bank financing and may be experiencing any of the following:

  • Rapid growth
  • Seasonal fluctuations
  • Supply chain and vendor pressure
  • Operating Losses/negative net worth
  • Loss of a Major Customer
  • Turnaround and restructuring
  • Merger or Acquisition
  • Succession planning
  • Debtor-in-possession financing
  • Tax issues

We are not focused on financial covenants that will limit your opportunity to growth. Furthermore, we are not limited geographically.

Experience you can trust.

Exceptional insight from decades of diverse finance and management experience, combined with respected professional and business credentials, allows the Context Business Lending team to see beyond the numbers — into the unique story of your business. Unlike banks and other lenders, the breadth and depth of our experience enables us to take a more holistic view of your business. With a broader approach, we move effectively and efficiently through the origination process.

A hallmark of the Context Advantage is the unique nature of our ongoing client relationships. We work closely with ownership and the management team to understand and meet your individual needs.
